We aim to have your products with you by 7-10 days. When your item has been posted you will receive a notification regarding this to your email.
Refunds are only given if there is an issue on our part, for instance; you receive an item which is broken. If this is the case then picture proof will be required for a refund to be issued. If returning an item, we do not offer postage unless it is a faulty item.
